Hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC) is a nonionic ,water-soluble polymer from wood pulps or cotton linters that can be used for water retention aid and rheology modifier in water-based paints.
(HEC) is a commonly used as thickener in paint & coating formulations. HEC thickeners are used in paint & coating formulations to increase the viscosity of the paint and to improve its flow and leveling properties。

If the product is stored longer than recommended, it may still be used but users are advised to verify the properties required for the intended uses.

Remarks

After being opened, The product shall be sealed to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration in the air.
